- Create detailed reports and process workflows.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure project accuracy.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
- Test and validate solutions before deployment.
- Maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI and its business applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
